We are looking for a lively and energetic **Architectural Drafter** to bring creativity and precision to our engineering projects, transforming innovative concepts into detailed and accurate technical drawings that drive our cutting-edge designs forward.

**Location: Bali, Indonesia**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents based on design concepts provided by architects
- Use CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD) to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into the drawings
- Participate in design reviews and project meetings to ensure alignment with project goals
- Make revisions to drawings as needed based on feedback, design changes, or project updates
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure all changes are accurately reflected in the drawings
- Prepare and organize technical documents, including specifications, material lists, and construction details
- Ensure that all documentation is clear, accurate, and comprehensive
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all drawings meet the required standards
- Provide drafting support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design through to construction documentation and project completion

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in drafting and design, preferably in mechanical, civil, electrical engineering industry
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD/Revit/BIM)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Technical design expertise
- Project management and leadership
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
