Architectural Drafter

We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamic **Architectural Drafter** to be responsible for translating conceptual designs into technical drawings, providing technical support and develop high-quality construction documents for a contemporary beachside retreat.

**Location: Bali, Indonesia**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and landscape designers to create the overall design for the beach club
- Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) to draft and revise plans based on feedback from the design team and clients
- Ensure that the design responds to these elements, using appropriate materials and structural techniques to mitigate environmental wear and tear
- Be familiar with regulations regarding beachfront property, such as flood zones, storm surge mitigation, and sustainable construction practices
- Recommend materials that can withstand the harsh beach environment
- Produce construction documentation including dimensions, material specifications, and detailed notes for contractors and construction teams
- Revise drawings as needed based on changes from clients, code enforcement, or other team members

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Architectural Drafter
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, especially beach club
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proficient in CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or SketchUp
- Understanding of materials suited for beachfront environments
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with architects, engineers, and clients
- Precision in drafting detailed architectural plans, while also considering the functional aspects of the design
- Ability to bring the vision of a beach club to life, balancing aesthetics with practicality
