We are "One Stop Solution" for our customers office by resolving their Technology Problems with Intelligent IT Solutions and Services customized for their business. Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and target audience in the target audience market.
Ensuring the Sales and Marketing team delivers effective campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
Managing budgets, allocating resources effectively and optimising marketing spends to achieve monthly target.
Fostering relationships with key business partners, vendors and media to maximise marketing and sales reach and impact.
Willing to be place at Bandung, Jakarta, Cikarang.
A bachelor's degree in any major
Min. 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in IT/ISP Industries
Proven management experience
Proven track record of developing, managing and executing wide-ranging sales-marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C verticals.
Proficiency in public relations, business development strategies, customer experience enrichment, analytics and data-led marketing.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop marketing professionals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.
Willing to be place at Bandung, Jakarta, Cikarang.
