Mendukung layanan customer melalui kegiatan teknis dan administratif
Membuat perencanaan kegiatan
Mengawasi pekerjaan team baik yang bersifat rutin maupun project
Membangun sistem atau regulasi untuk produktivitas team
Mengambil keputusan untuk hal-hal terkait pekerjaan
Menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan pelayanan
Memberikan arahan teknis kepada team
Berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan anggota tim baru
Melakukan evaluasi kinerja team
Melakukan update terkait teknologi terbaru yang dapat diimplementasikan
Berpengalaman sebagai Coordinator atau Supervisor mínimal 3 tahun di bidang IT, lebih diutamakan pengalaman di bidang Telekomunikasi atau Jaringan
Memiliki leadership skills yang baik
Memiliki management skills yang baik
Memahami standard K3 untuk teknisi lapangan
Terbiasa untuk melakukan koordinasi dan memimpin team
Fasih dalam penggunaan Google Workspace atau Microsoft
Pendidikan terakhir mínimal S1 Teknik Informatika/Sistem Informasi
Menguasai network troubleshooting dan network maintenance
Memiliki kendaraan pribadi
Memiliki SIM C dan SIM A
Familiar dengan perangkat - perangkat IT
Memiliki communication skills yang baik
Memiliki Sertifikasi Aktif CCNA/MTCRE
Bersedia bekerja pada akhir pekan atau hari libur nasional dan berpergian keluar kota
