- Minimal Pendidikan D3
- Mempunyai pengalaman dibidang HR mínimal 1 tahun
- Paham terkait BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan
- Terbiasa handle payroll
- Terbiasa melakukan filling dokumen
- Memahami penggunaan Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, formula: VLOOKUP & PIVOT Table)
Job Desc:
- Bertanggung jawab menjalankan fungsi administrasi personalia dan operasinional (absensi, lembur, cuti, ATK, inventori)
- Bertanggung jawab atas penggajian dan pengelolaan data karyawan terkini
- Merekap reimbursement karyawan
- Memonitoring karyawan yang akan habis masa probation
- Mendaftarkan BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan
- Membuat PKWTT untuk karyawan baru
