**What you will be responsible for***:
Reporting to the Head of Compliance for South East Asia, you will provide regulatory advice and support to the existing businesses including CEM, TCIO, CB, GCB, TS, etc.
- You will develop, lead and be responsible for the execution of the Compliance program across the bank including product coverage, senior management reporting, testing and surveillance.
- You will ensure an effective implementation of the Compliance function in accordance with prevailing regulations issued by OJK, Bank Indonesia, PPATK, etc.
- You will be responsible for advice related to the implementation of programs to meet local AML/KYC/Sanctions/onboarding requirements across the bank and will be the primary point of contact for local regulatory bodies including Bank Indonesia, OJK, and PPATK
- You will have primary responsibility for fraud/suspicious matter reports and will be expected to provide input to regulatory consultative papers and proposed rule amendments advising our business of the potential impact associated with impending changes and appropriately representing JPMorgan's view to the regulators and relevant industry groups.
- You will be the primary coordinator for any regulatory audit, inspection and investigation impacting the bank and will be responsible for issues relating to statutory reporting and lodgment.
- You will advise businesses and regional compliance on regulatory developments, and assist them in building process that ensure compliance with the new and existing requirements and validating the effectiveness of those controls.
- You will assist business leaders in obtaining regulatory approval, including but no limited to new business and products, regulatory licenses, new system and outsourcing.
- You will advise the business on outsourcing/offshoring initiatives, data privacy laws and required controls and other control-related issues.
- You will lead a closely integrated local team and will work closely with regional colleagues in providing input to regional projects or initiatives.
- You will both conduct and delegate compliance training as and when required and will represent JPMorgan through participation in local compliance officer's network meetings and discussions and you will prepare compliance reports for local management and regional compliance.
- You will participate in location governance and control meetings and provide independent oversight of operational risks across line of business and functions in the location.
- You will coordinate with LOB ORM and International Legal Entity Operational Risk teams to respond to regulatory exams and inquiries, regulatory changes and any other inquiries related to the Operational Risk Management.

**What skills and experiences we are looking for**:

- Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or any other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum five years working experience in Compliance in the financial services industry in Indonesia.
- Possess at least level-4 risk management certification.
- Good contacts with Indonesia regulators and across the industry.
- Good command of English (oral and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and leadership skills.
