**TanggungJawab**:

- Mengelola dan melakukan koordinasi terkait jadwal perusahaan, memastikan seluruh penjadwalan pertemuan, meeting dan batas waktu kegiatan tercatat dengan teliti.
- Mampu menggunakan Project Management Tools (seperti, Asana dan Trello) untuk pemantauan proyek dan pencapaian target serta pelaporan perkembangan.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi efektif yang baik dalam penyaluran informasi dari pihak manajemen kepada tim, supervisor dan manager.
- Membuat dan menjaga seluruh dokumen perusahaaan, termasuk dokumen proyek, dokumen pertemuan atau kerjasama dan dokumen penting lainnya.
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk menentukan skala prioritas pekerjaan untuk mendukung efesiensi dan efektifitas serta kepentingan produktifitas perusahaan.
- Membantu pengelolaan logistik atau perlengkapan, pemilihan lokasi, vendor makanan dan akomodasi perjalanan untuk kegiatan perusahaan (seperti rapat, pertemuan, seminar dan acara penting lainnya).
- Melakukan pengarsipan data dan memastikan seluruh informasi akurat dan terkini (_update_), sehingga mudah untuk dipahami dan dapat digunakan untuk kebutuhan perusahaan.
- Membuat dan memperbaiki dokumen, mempersiapkan materi presentasi dan pelaporan perusahaan serta memastikan penggunaan format dokumen sudah benar dan profesional.
- Memberikan rekomendasi pelatihan atau kursus yang relevan dan sesuai untuk pengembangan profesional serta mempersiapkan ringkasan informasi penting untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan.
- Membuat ringkasan informasi yang relevan untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan.

**Kualifikasi**:

- Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun.
- Pendidikan mínimal Sarjana Manajemen, Administrasi atau lainnya yang relevan.
- Pengalaman mínimal 2 tahun sebagai Personal Assistant atau Sekretaris.
- Mahir menggunakan alat atau aplikasi manajemen proyek.
- Memiliki keterampilan organisasi dan komunikasi yang kuat.
- Tech-savvy, mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office Suite dan Google Workspace.
- Memiliki pemahaman dasar manajemen proyek yang baik.
- Memiliki kemampuan detail yang baik, adaptif dan mampu mengikuti perubahan.
- Memahami kebutuhan akan kerahasiaan dan dokumen penting.
- Memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
- Kolaboratif dalam bekerja, efisien dalam manajemen waktu dan Inisiatif serta proaktif.
- Memiliki keterampilan interpersonal yang baik.

Pay: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Personal Assistant or Secretary: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Mandarin (preferred)
