**About the role**

Agent Acquisition bertugas untuk mengajak lebih banyak developer untuk memasang proyek-proyeknya di Pinhome melalui fitur Pasang Listing Gratis. Mengajak Kantor properti serta agen untuk menggunakan fitur Bantuan agen. Tujuan akhir dari Agent Acquisition adalah membawa lebih banyak proyek yang akan dihitung dalam satuan unit di platform Pinhome, serta mengajak lebih banyak agen / kantor property dalam Bantuan Agen. Agent Acquisition yang akan di rekrut berasal dari Surabaya/Sidoarjo. Agent Acquisition akan melakukan hiring atau program outreach untuk area Surabaya hingga Sidoarjo karena kedua kota tersebut memiliki potensi proyek baru serta kantor properti terbanyak setelah Jabodetabek. Agent Acquisition akan fokus untuk melakukan pendekatan dan hiring proyek untuk proyek di daerah mereka. Jam kerja fleksibel.

**What You Will Do**
- Bertanggung jawab untuk mengajak lebih developer / kantor properti / agen properti memasang iklan di Pinhome
- Membangun hubungan yang baik dengan agen-agen maupun developer dengan Pinhome
- Memastikan developer aktif / agen / kantor properti untuk melakukan pembaharuan untuk proyeknya.
- Memperkenalkan program terbaru Pinhome

**What You Will Need**
- Berpengalaman di bidang property / sales mínimal 2 tahun
- Komunikatif, teliti, akurat, jujur dan bertanggung jawab serta dapat bekerja sama dalam tim
- Mempunyai Laptop/PC serta Jaringan Internet yang baik/memadai
- Mampu dalam mengoperasikan Ms.Excel/Google Sheet
- Dapat memenuhi target yang diberikan
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai wawasan produk
- Bersedia bekerja secara offline di daerah masing-masing selama 2 bulan
