Karma Salak, Bogor currently looking for a presentable and skilled **Receptionist** to assist our Sales operations in Bogor.

**The Receptionist** is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical, and administrative support in order to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. Also able to execute all the administrative responsibilities, Occasional sales assistance as part of teamwork may be required from time to time but it is not one of the main responsibilities of the position.

**Main**:

- Receive, direct and relay telephone message
- Deliver Mail and package
- Log onto book all incoming general mail
- Maintain the general filling system (out mail by post or courier)
- Tracking the correspondence
- Respond to public inquiries
- Greet person incoming office
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of office
- Monitor member access and maintain security awareness
- Control inventory relevant to reception area
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Explain about the Voucher and make sure the guests are happy with the terms and conditions on how to use the voucher

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bogor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (required)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 1 year (required)
