Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus

- Good English proficiency
- Proficient in basic computer skills and Google Suite

- Open-minded and adaptive

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff
- Manage the reception area and maintain a tidy workspace
- Schedule appointments between parents and the school's stake-holders and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Trial period contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 1 year (required)
