Junior Sre

Hijra (previously known as the ALAMI Group) is a financial technology company that follows sharia principles. It was founded in 2018 by Dima Djani, Harza Sandityo, and Bembi Juniar. The company offers a range of services, including a peer-to-peer lending platform, mobile banking app, and mortgage all of which are based on sharia principles.

We are looking for a passionate junior SRE with 2-3 years of experience to join our engineering team and help us maintain and improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to grow their career in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the infrastructure performance and availability

Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments

Participate in on-call rotations to respond to system incidents and outages

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address reliability and performance issues

**Qualifications**:
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, etc)

Experience in operating Kubernetes

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation

Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude

Keen on trying new technologies and taking up challenges

Preferred Qualifications

Previous internship or work experience in a similar role.

Experience in operating Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
