**The Role**

An integral part of the Marketplace team at Love, Bonito, the Marketplace Intern will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of all marketplaces. As our Marketplace Intern, you will be pivotal to the execution of our launches, inventory, product management and marketplace operations. You will also be responsible to provide essential support to marketplace team and customer service team.

Main Responsibilities:
**Launch and Product Registration**
- Register and update products on each marketplace system & third party enabler (Forstok).
- Responsible for the accuracy of product details & pricing.
- Actively communicate with marketplace PIC regarding issues or updates.
- Product assets management

**Inventory Management**
- In charge of inventory which includes but not limited to inventory stock reconciliation, stock updates, identify stock issues, and liaise with Forstok and/or Marketplace.
- Independently and proactively update and track inventory movement.

**Marketplace Management & Growth**
- Marketplace seller center operation management including store decoration update, unique SKU code update, monitor reviews & complaints, and follow up the Operation team to process orders according to each Marketplaces deadline.
- Marketplace seller centre promotion management including price update, flash sale update, voucher registration update and categories update
- Proactive to maintain operational excellence by challenging the status quo.
- Support other areas needed to aid Marketplace growth & operation.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements & Experiences**:

- Available for 3 months internship period.
- A passion for Marketplace and Administration.
- Strong numerical/ mathematical and Excel skills.
- Past experience in the marketplace or operations will be a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and good problem solving skills.
- Willing to learn, positive, energetic and friendly demeanour.
- Able to adapt in an ever changing and dynamic environment with professionalism, responsiveness and flexibility under pressure.
- Collaborative team player.
