**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and clinic policies.

- Monitor and improve employee performance management systems, including appraisals and development plans.
- Coordinate training programs and foster continuous learning for employees.
- Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze key metrics to support decision-making.
- Support the management team in workforce planning and organizational design.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and encourage employee engagement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
