We are dedicated to safeguarding our digital landscape and ensuring the security of our data and systems. We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Specialist with both Red Team and Blue Team experience to join our dynamic team.

As an IT Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization from cyber threats by simulating attacks (Red Team) and defending against them (Blue Team). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities, develop robust security measures, and ensure the overall integrity of our IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses.
- Simulate cyber-attacks to test the effectiveness of security measures (Red Team activities).
- Monitor and analyze security alerts to detect and respond to incidents (Blue Team activities).
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees to enhance their understanding of security protocols.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in both Red Team and Blue Team activities.
- Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools and methodologies.
- Expertise in incident detection, response, and forensic analysis.
- Proficiency with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
- Familiarity with various cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH, CISSP) are a plus.
