**About the job**:

- Handling security events and alerts (such as users or devices at risk)
- Monitoring and managing relevant software updates
- Monitoring and managing compliance policies
- Improving staff security awareness
- Projects to improve IT security and to address detected vulnerabilities

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any other related field
- Proven experience as an IT engineer or senior support specialist (5+ years)
- Strong know-how with the following products and technologies are a must:

- Microsoft Azure IaaS
- Microsoft Windows 10/11 Operating System
- Microsoft Intune
- Actual Microsoft (cloud) certifications a huge plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A team player, collaborative and takes initiative; self-motivated and driven; inquisitive self-learner
