JOBDESC:
+Following up talent via chat/wa call until project finish
+Make sure talents working with the standart operation
+Manage talent into client's timeline campaign
+Finding new talents to recruit into our project campaign
+Prepare data performance from talent when campaign process until end
+Prepare Key performance rating talent perform
+Prepare report all insight talent into google slides
