HR Admin

Handle all employee-related administrative tasks, including employment contracts, attendance, and other employee documents.
Manage employee databases and ensure all records are up-to-date.
Support the recruitment process from CV screening, interview scheduling, to onboarding new employees.
Prepare monthly reports on employee matters and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Assist in managing employee benefits such as BPJS, leave, and other allowances.
Coordinate with the HR team on employee training and development programs.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR administration.
Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (preferred).
