- Perform daily chemical analysis to support product development and qualification
- Lead a team of technician to complete sample analysis on time
- Develop testing procedures to ensure compliance with updated chemical safety requirement and Mattel Corporate Requirement
- Initiate continuous improvement related with internal laboratory and/or cross-function team within plant and/or Mattel Global Laboratory
- Maintain ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Laboratory Management System
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical / Chemistry Background with GPA > 3.00
- A minimum 1-2 years experience working in laboratory, fresh graduated are welcome
- Advance level of Chemical testing laboratory
- Basic knowledge of Statistic
- Basic knowledge for test equipment GCMS, ICP-OES and UV-VIS is preferrable
- Have knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Management System
- Proficient in English for writing, listening and speaking
- Good team work and communication skill

The Purpose of this position:
To monitor and review daily sample test result to support product development and qualification to comply with toys safety regulation, develop testing procedure including implementation of testing procedure and support Lab Supervisor to supervise lab operational.
