Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objective
Work with operational manager to oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry standards
Monitor performance and implement cost-effective measures
Establish clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback
Stay informed about changes in related regulations
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Foster a customer-centric culture to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Max 35 y.o
Education min Bachelor’s Degree
Experienced in facility services is preferable
Proven experience in a management role
Familiar with the ERP System is preferable
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
