Housekeeping Manager
Summary of Responsibilities
A Housekeeping Manager assists the Executive Housekeeper in the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed. He/She conducts regular inspections of the guest rooms and oversees the public area of the hotel. He/She handles guest concerns and reacts quickly logging and notifying proper areas to service them.
