Responsible to achive sales budget by finding new opportunity and develop new business, (sign contract with designated value in the assign teritory)

**Bagaimana Anda dapat berkontribusi dan berkembang disini?**:

- Analyze market positions, and manage competitors’ databases.
- Identify market trends, assist in evaluating growth potential by conducting market survey & studies, SWOT analysis.
- Execute the development plans, identify new business opportunities.
- Supports industry activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and whenever needed organizes/participates in international or national events.
- Understand customers’ needs and requirements, analyze and develop technical and commercial solutions.
- Delivery of proposals to customers, lead or participate in technical clarifications as well as commercial negotiation activities with the end results of reaching contractual agreements and signing of legal documents, including LOI, Memorandum of Understanding and Long Term Supply Agreements.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Preferably minimum 3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Dynamic personality with a strong winning and high-performance mindset.
- Exposure to large commercial account management conversations/business development.
- Attention to detail.
