**Responsibilities**:
- Source and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
- Develop procurement strategies and policies to streamline processes and achieve cost savings.
- Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including renewals and terminations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct cost analysis, financial assessments, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
- Years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, analytical tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement.
- Proficient both written and spoken In English
**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
