**JOB MISSION**:
Responsible for Fragrance Development projects for assigned categories in evaluating and identifying winning fragrances on client’s briefs.

**MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Work on assigned product categories (Fine Fragrance, Personal Care & Homecare) for the Indonesian market.
- Coordinate with other departments on specific needs on briefs: Application, Sales, Perfumers and Regulatory.
- Strengthen strategic partnership with clients through olfactive trends presentation, providing personalized olfactive trainings and contributing to their olfactive development.
- Build our internal fragrance library for Indonesian client needs. Lead development work for key client submissions in partnership with FDM’s based in Singapore.
- Work closely and collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on specific clients visits and events. Responsible for olfactive mappings and insights across categories for Indonesian category reviews.
- Collaborate internally with the global company resources to achieve best in class results in fastest time.

**EDUCATIONAL / AREAS OF EXPERTISE AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**

5 or more years relevant experience, preferably in a fragrance house / environment

Olfactive knowledge of significant market brands in Asia / Indonesian Market.

Working Location: Bizpark 3, Bekasi
