Bertanggung jawab terhadap segala pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan operasional perusahaan dan administratif recruitment
1. Memastikan kebutuhan barang operasional perusahaan tersedia
2. Melakukan pendataan, perawatan, dan memastikan keamanan seluruh aset yang dimiliki perusahaan
3. Melakukan identifikasi bahaya sehingga dapat menghindari kecelakaan kerja, penyakit akibat kerja, dan lain-lain
4. Bertanggung jawab terhadap kebersihan, keamanan, dan kenyamanan perusahaan
5. Melakukan pembayaran rutin seperti pembayaran listrik, air, telepon, jaringan internet, dll.
6. Bertanggung jawab terhadap program CSR Perusahaan
7. Melakukan administratif recruitment 8. Menganalisis kebutuhan training karyawan
Job qualification:
- Muslim/Muslimah (Hijab)
- Lulusan S1 Manajemen, Psikologi, Accounting, Kesmas dan bidang terkait
- Minimal Pengalaman 2 tahun dibidang yang sama
- Menguasai HRIS ( Talenta lebih disukaI )
- Problem solver dan keinginan belajar tinggi
- Menguasai undang undang ketenagakerjaan
