Brief Requirements:

- Min Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/Law/Psychology
- Has experienced in Hospitality Industry (Hotel or Restaurant) min 2 years
- Has experienced in HR (Recruitment, Personnel Management), Legal Permits ( Company Legal, Contract Agreements) and General Affair
- Understanding OSS System, SIPP, EDABU & HRIS
- Good Communication, Good Analytical Thinking, Good Negotiation, Agile, Multi-tasking, Target Oriented and Fast Learner
- Able to communicate with third party/external institution for handling permits process.
- Assist and Liaise with Management to implement company culture, SOP, Job Description and KPI/OKR
- Placement in Gadog Ciawi
