**SUMMARY**

We transport cargo every day to over >110 stations across Asia on behalf of our customers. We have one of the strongest logistics networks in Southeast Asia and beyond, flying to over 85 cities. We maximize the utilization of our capacity by relying on our sales team to build strong relationships with a variety of players, forwarders, end-customers, industry trade associations, and logistics stakeholders. We don’t like intermediaries who make money at our expense, or ignorance.

We are looking for a persistent & outgoing leader cum Manager. As a Sales Manager you will be working with a team in the hub, Kuala Lumpur and will be based out of our office in **INDONESIA**. You will be expected to be performing this role on a full-time basis. The role reports to the Country Head.

**SALARY RANGE : IDR 23mil - IDR 35mil**

**A DAY IN A LIFE**

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

- Develop sales strategies, set sales targets and key KPIs for Sales and Distribution department
- Lead and manage sales team with Teleport model and interest in priority
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review & individual recognition
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands sales revenue and its market share
- Conducts research and analysis to identify potentials and minimize gaps on expectations
- Commercial Contract managements - Hard block/Soft block, General Sales Agent etc.
- Lead negotiations and design it in such a way that it allows us to control the relationship, not the other way around
- Identify key market intelligence required to ensure we engage value-adding, ‘likely-to-switch’ customers
- Lead the creation of presentations on products and services; provide guidance to executives
- Develop and constantly seek to fine-tune the sales process
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Keep motivations high among team members and allocate time to coach team members on process and methods

**SKILLS**

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

- Proven experience in working with a direct-report
- Can read and write English to an intermediate degree
- Data driven and analytical
- Thorough understanding of cargo market and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Ability to work as a team with a collaborative management style.
- Multilingual
- Strong emotional-intelligence and is able to read non-verbal cues of customers
- Hands-on experience with CRM software
- Confident in presenting to others

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Has an undergraduate degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
- 5-8 years experience working in a cargo sales-related role
- Google Suite (Substitute of Microsoft Office Excel, Pivot, Words and PowerPoint)At least two years of working experience in the related field (corporate sales & airline industry)
