**Responsibilities**:

- **Visit** the factories and warehouses of our clients’ suppliers to perform on-site quality inspections. The inspection process includes a visual inspection, functional testing, packaging checks, and any other steps as detailed in respective procedures.
- **Record** your findings against our clients’ product quality checklists and reference/master samples.
- **Write up** inspection reports based on your findings, according to our reporting format. Meet tight report deadlines regularly, as our promise to the client is to deliver reports on the next inspection’s day.
- **Conduct incoming inspection** in the warehouse
- **Perform inline inspection**, whenever necessary
- **Support the team** in product development process/sample review, whenever necessary
- Together with QA **investigating the root cause** of the claim/problematic items and find solution to it.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in quality management and the furniture industry (2 years or more),
- Knowledge of AQL standards, as well as relevant safety and quality regulations,
- Good command of English (read, written and spoken),
- Computer literate is a must (Microsoft Office),
- Driving license (SIM C) and motorbike is a must,
- Great attention to detail and strong professional ethics,
- Ability to work well in independent and group problem-solving situations.

The quality inspector represents Asean Sourcing to perform quality inspections at factories in Indonesia.

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- home decor: 2 years (required)
- Furniture: 2 years (required)
- product inspection: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa Indonesia (required)

License/Certification:

- Sim C (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
