Provide day to day IT support to all our people, including call logging, troubleshooting, IT admin tasks such as new user setup, password resets, and PC builds
- Support of the IT environment, including servers, systems, networks, and other devices
- Assist in office moves and changes with respect to the installation and changes to the IT and Voice infrastructures and all associated peripherals
- Monitor daily backups, manage asset database, and control software register
- Build positive working relationships with the business
- Duties will vary and be revised due to the nature of the IT Support environment (the above is a guide and not a comprehensive list of responsibilities)
- Creating and deleting accounts and access rights for mail, Jira, slack, printer, video conferencing, office access systems, etc
- Making sure reliable internet connection and computer networks in the office
- New employee setup
- Closing access and deleting accounts for people leaving the company
- Writing IT support documentation for employees
- Min. 2 years of experience in related field
- You are an advanced user of any software and hardware
- Strong experience with Google Workspace services, Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence), Mobile Device Management software
- Strong knowledge of network integration and cyber security
- Independent, responsible, and able to make decisions quickly
- Discipline, attention to detail, organized, with good planning skills and time management
- Able to work on-site at West Jakarta (WFO)
