- Main contact for all stakeholder on site.
- In charge of the overall planning, issue of site instructions, and shop drawings.
- To coordinate the construction works with the installation contractors and overlook and maintain the construction schedule on daily basis.
- Chair the site meetings and progress meetings on site and produce the minutes.
- Involved in the financial issues of the project (progress claim approval, variation orders, cost reporting).
- Control the overall project schedule and drive the contractors for completion. He will be the liaison between the site and the design office.
- Report to Head of Construction Management as line manager and report to Project Manager on project level.
- Provide input for Project Manager/Project Director for Steering group meeting.
- Organize and control/monitor activities of Construction Management team member on site.
- Ensuring project objectives on safety, cost, schedule and quality are met.
- Taking appropriate measures in case of disruption of progress.
- Reporting of progress and other relevant matters regarding site activities to Client.
- Final check and sign for the site administration system, site instructions, approvals of materials, shop drawings and QA tests and inspections.
- Review of the Health and Safety plans prepared by all Contractors and ensure it's implemented.
- Ensure contractors follow contract obligations as per the contract document.
- Organize Construction site handover to Client.
- Prepare monthly progress report.
**What you bring**:
- Leadership - Effective assignment of work scope through project team, adherence to goals, development of team effort
- Communication - effectiveness in transferring ideas and strategies - verbally and written. Timely updates to management, team and contractors
- Decision making / Solving problems - Ability to understanding problems, resolve conflict, timely / planned practical decisions
- Teamwork - Engagement of stakeholders developing an integrated team
- Project Controls - Effective management of schedule / changes / site activities / team performance
- Implementation - Owning and implementing of Construction Management Plan by RHDHV ensuring that the reporting team follow and implement the requirements of the plan
- Health and Safety - Developing a culture of safety and observation
- Job Knowledge - Show a good understanding of the contracts / work packages and local construction ways of working
- Attitude - Can do attitude considering challenges, sees opportunity in implementing process to maintain progress and project discipline
- Fluent in English
- Preferred has working permit in Indonesia which will enable earlier join date.
- Excellent in Ms. Project for scheduling
- Experience in Industrial project is preferred.
