**Mission**

The mission of Sampoerna Academy is to provide a safe, caring, and collaborative learning environment that is of the highest quality and meets global expectations for student achievement and character development. Our educational foundation is student-centered with a strong emphasis on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) which enables students to become mature, confident global citizens with a strong sense of purpose. Our end goal is to prepare students for tertiary education and to make them work-ready and world-ready.

- Ensure tasks are carried out within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Report (weekly/ monthly) to the faculty management and members the status of project progress against the plan schedule and provide corrective actions necessary if the planned schedule is not achieved.
- Submit planning report such as preparation of material procurement report in accordance with approved program.
- Work alongside with Laboratory Technical Engineer and faculty members on technical aspects of projects.
- Develop laboratory teaching modules for students.
- Work together with Technical Engineer and faculty members to teach the experiment modules for students.
- Ensure administrative job related to Lab run smoothly

**Qualifications**
- 'A minimum of a Master's degree in **Civil Engineering**. A Ph.D. is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainable pavement technologies, particularly those involving the use of recycled waste plastics.
- Proven experience in managing laboratory operations, including overseeing research projects and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Experience in securing external grants and funding for research projects
