**Persyaratan / Kualifikasi**:

- Usia maksimal 27 tahun.
- Pendidikan mínimal S1 Manajemen, Psikologi, atau Teknik Industri
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun individu.
- Berorientasi pada hasil dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam penggunaan software desain flowchart seperti Visio atau aplikasi serupa menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan analitis yang kuat dan perhatian terhadap detail.

**Tugas & Tanggung Jawab**:

- Mendesain dan mengembangkan struktur organisasi yang optimal sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
- Merancang flowchart untuk menggambarkan proses kerja secara jelas dan sistematis.
- Menyusun dan memperbarui Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dengan pendekatan profesional.
- Melakukan analisis dan pengembangan strategi organisasi untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan.
- Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan dan pengembangan yang relevan dengan struktur organisasi.
- Memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan budaya kerja yang positif dan produktif.
- Melakukan evaluasi terhadap efektivitas struktur organisasi yang ada dan memberikan saran perbaikan
