**Responsibility**:
- Manage and lead the Talent Acquisition Team to meet business needs and stand out on the market as an employer of choice
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Developing hiring strategies, interview assessment and procedures.
- Preparing plan for hiring forecasts and sustainability as part of the company's strategic planning.
- Act as a company ambassador, attracting the best possible talents for our organization,
- Build relationship with external organization to help team sourcing talents
**Requirement**:
- Minimum 3 year experience in recruiting and 2 years in leading team
- Having experiences as headhunter is a plus
- Preferred having experiences working in fintech
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, target / goals orientation.
- A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed
- Highly adaptable and personally organised
- Placement at SIdoarjo, East Java
**Education**:
- S1 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
