Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing talent management, recruitment, organizational design, job evaluation, grading, training plan
- ning, talent pools, succession planning, HCIS implementation, developer coordination, and administrative functions.
- Bachelor's degree (University) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Have strong knowledge in Human Resources (HR) Management and Personnel Management skills
- Min. 3 (three) years of experiences as Supervisor/Jr. Manager
- Experience in developing HR policies and implementing HRIS
- Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in the IT and Telecommunication industry is a plus
