We are looking for **Project Manager** with an in-depth understanding of how to build a performant software.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects.

For this position, we expect you to be a professional with an in-depth understanding of how software can help us achieve our client business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills.

As a **Project Manager**, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams, clients and deliver our projects from scratch.

**What You Will Do**:

- Analyzing project requirement and come up with project solution and suggestion
- Provide end-to-end project management and schedule
- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
- Collaborate with the developers to find out the project estimation
- Test the solution and make sure it's according to the project requirement
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Update clients with the latest progress of the project
- Identify company’s user and system requirements for new website, and estimate the time spent on each task.
- Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem
- Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
- Follow industry best practices

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience as **IT Project Manager**:

- Ability to create well-documented software process development
- Able to communicate in English at actively is required
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work
- Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM - 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)
