**Job Descriptions**:

- Act as point of contact between the Development Teams, Customers, and Stakeholders
- Define the scope of work (business requirement doc) for each project.
- Define / approve the user acceptance to each scope and then conduct UAT if needed
- Work alongside QA and the Solution Architect to build up the test cases.
- Prepare weekly / monthly progress reports to the Stakeholders
- Good quality documentation for each milestone of the project.
- Deliver final report for every completion of the project
- Presenting the incremental / final project updates to the Customer / Stakeholders
- Managing and prioritizing product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
- Keeping Customers and Stakeholders informed of the status of the product

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years work experience in an IT project management team
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or Computer Engineering
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
- Have strong leadership skills
- Able to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Good communicator
- Deep understanding of the Agile method and cloud platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills in developing relationships with team members
- Ability to manage multiple and competing for work priorities, demands, and changes
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different technologies
- Solid technical background with understanding and / or hands-on experience-in software development and web technologies
- Domiciled in Semarang & willing to work out of town at any time

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak

Gaji: Rp2.500.000 - Rp9.000.000 per bulan
