**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the lead photographer to support the execution of various photography projects
- Assist in styling sets, props, and models to achieve the desired visual aesthetic for each project. Including selecting appropriate props, arranging compositions, and ensuring cohesive styling throughout the shoot.
- Assist in setting up and organizing photography equipment, including cameras, lighting gear, and accessories. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in working order before and after each shoot.
- Assist in post-production tasks such as image selection, editing, retouching, and color correction using software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
- Archive photographic images and maintain database
- Maintain an in depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Proven professional shooting experience
- Demonstrated ability in photo setup, including selecting props, arranging sets, and styling models to achieve desired looks, as well as photo editing, including familiarity with photo editing software.
- Strong creative vision and ability to translate concepts into visually compelling imagery. Must have a keen eye for detail and a passion for aesthetics.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Effective organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar programs. Experience with digital asset management systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Trial period contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month
