Being a part of the research team and doing end-to-end market research

**Research scope**: Data gathering and processing on latest market trends, deals, government plans, competitors and company's

internal data, forecast future trends, market sizing, measuring marketing and branding effectiveness for the ID fintech industry

**Day to day activities**:
1. Launch relevant research studies to further answer business needs which include end to end project management from questionnaire

design to analysis and report writing.

2. For studies launched externally, manage research agencies to ensure smooth project delivery.

3. For studies launched internally, to script the questionnaire via internal survey tool, select the right channel to target

respondent and manage responses to complete fieldwork efficiently.

4. Analyze relevant data sets and propose actionable activities that would support necessary reporting, decision-making

and marketing campaign planning process.

5. Work well and support data, marketing, and sales team requirements in terms of data analytics and numbers reporting.

**Computer skills**: Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, as well as statistical software platforms such as SPSS, WinCross, SAS, and Market Sight, can help with sorting data, as well as creating visual results and trends.

**Math and analytical skills**: These are essential for analyzing research data.

**Confidence**: You should be comfortable speaking in front of strangers and presenting results to internal team members and management.

**Multitasking capability**: You should be able to manage multiple projects with a quick turnaround.

**Interpersonal skills**: You'll need an ability to work well with all levels of management, internal staff, clients, and vendors.
