**Job Descriptions**:

- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of facility conditions, infrastructure, and building facilities.
- Focus on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or K3 within the scope of the facilities.
- Oversee the design, specifications, and cost aspects related to OHS (K3).
- Supervise the implementation of fieldwork to ensure safety and health standards are met.
- Ensure the safety and health of customers and tenants.
- Comply with applicable regulations and standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's or DIploma Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental Health Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Have certification in AK3 (General Occupational Health and Safety).
- Computer literate (Ms.Office).
- Knowledge of procedures, safety, and K3 equipment and tools.
- Understanding of K3 regulations.
- Willing to be placed in BSD.
