Safety Coordinaator

**Job Descriptions**:

- Carry out routine K3 inspections in the work area according to the established work plan, and make periodic reports on its implementation.
- Supervise and ensure the implementation of maintenance, repair and development of K3 equipment (emergency & safety) according to the established work plan.
- Carry out training and socialization of disaster management and K3 coaching periodically so that the personnel on duty are able to carry out their functions when needed.
- Carry out K3 coaching for employees according to their job function (Civil, ME, General Services functions), vendors, tenants and visitors.
- Create, adjust and update internal provisions including SOPs and permits to meet the requirements (compliance) of external K3 regulations such as government agencies and internal audits.
- Carry out first aid measures, evaluate accidents that may occur in the workplace, take preventive measures, and make periodic reports.
- Carry out work related to K3 on events, projects or special work based on appointments from management/company.
- Carry out temporary storage and distribution of B3 waste (hazardous and toxic materials) to vendors who have been certified in B3 waste processing.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering or Environmental Health Engineering major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of legislations, procedures, and fire protection standard for Office Building.
- Excellent knowledge of hazardous materials or practices.
- Experience write policies and procedures for enviromental health and safety.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in BSD.
