As an **Account Executive,**you will be in charge of growing and retaining our demand from Business Clients in Indonesia and report to the Business Development Manager. Quick wits, problem-solving, and a “team first” mentality will be critical to your success. This role is a unique opportunity to have a measurable impact on your market through the growth of business clients on the Lalamove platform.
**What you'll do**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management and establish trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives
- Identify opportunities in existing accounts for cross-selling and upselling, driving revenue growth and customer value
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement
- Forecast and track key account metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Plan, execute, and evaluate the retention program

**What you'll need**:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
- Skilled in data analytics tools and reporting
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Freshworks, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
