This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic management of our HR and General Affairs (GA) functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the HR Manager in managing tasks and reports from our Global Headquarters and Regional office.
- Supervise all HR & GA Team functions and activities across the various areas or locations where our company operates.
- Aid in conducting performance evaluations for all employees under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Oversee and manage all functions and processes within the HR & GA Department, including employees sourced from our designated outsourcing vendors who work under our supervision.
- Coordinate and supervise training programs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive reports as requested by the HR Manager, including those for government authorities and other departments.
- Manage employment-related documentation, such as company regulations, mandatory employment reports, work permits for foreign workers, and other pertinent documents.
- Foster positive interactions and cooperation with all employees, external parties, and relevant authorities, including HR vendors.
- Provide assistance to the HR Manager in supervising the General Affairs function.
- Undertake any additional HR-related tasks as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRGA Supervisor roles, or in related supervisory positions within the logistics/freight forwarding/3PL industry or similar companies.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
- Demonstrate knowledge, understanding, and proficiency in applicable labor laws and regulations.
- _**Fluent in English is a must; fluency in Mandarin is preferred.**_
- Willingness to travel, if required.
- Ability to work extended hours beyond regular working hours and/or days as necessary.
- Available for immediate employment.
- _**This position will operate under the supervision of PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia and will be employed as an outsourcing employee through the services of our designated outsourcing vendor.**_
