**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Food Preparation - Set-up the pantry station to include all cold food items, preparation equipment, plateware, food ingredients, garnishes, and supply items needed for effective operation of the station
- Must be familiar with all menu items
- Maintains quality of food product and ensures consistency in food preparation, storage and standards
- Must be able to “prep” food products for line and banquet consumption, using standardized food preparation techniques
- Wash, peel, cut and seed vegetables and fruits
- Store foods in designated areas, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and food spoilage
- Preps pantry (salads, sandwiches, desserts, ) for service
- Preparing and properly cooking all items needed for the days operation
- Prepping for other outlets in the company
- Above all else provide quality food product that ensures guest satisfaction
- Sterilize kitchen equipment at the end of your shift
- Monitor stock and place orders, as needed
- Recommend modern recipes to renew our menu and add nutritious, creative cold dishes

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Female, max 27 YO
- Work experience as a Pantry Cook, Prep Cook or similar role
- Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment
- Good knowledge of food plating techniques
- Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit
- Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A degree from a culinary school is a plus
- Lives in Kota Batu preferred
