**A Hybrid working model**

**What does a Finance Executive do at Hogarth?**

The Finance Executive should be a bright, energetic talent who can assist the Senior Finance Manager in reporting of monthly results for Hogarth, financial reporting and assisting in the smooth running of the finance function within the company.

**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**

This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager, Jakarta.

You will work closely across all departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Account Servicing team/project manager to verify job completion status, closure, interim and final billing
- Processing Invoice and Tax Invoice to Clients and Follow up Payment Schedule
- Receive Invoice to Vendor, verify all supporting documents and post in finance system
- Review AR/AP ageing reports. Follow up with clients on outstanding debts
- Assist with cash management, processing invoices and payments.
- Manage month end closing, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in line with requirements
- Prepare monthly adjustment journal entries for month end closing
- Prepare monthly schedules, balance sheet reconciliations, confirmation and reconciliation of intercompany balances, review of prepayments and accruals
- Perform monthly analysis on the financial results and financial position
- Prepare core balance sheet reporting including detailed monthly review of all balance sheets to ensure accuracy
- Monthly review of WIP ageing reports
- Prepare WPP monthly reporting
- Maintain internal SOX and other controls / processes to ensure compliance with SOX, Internal and External Audit requirements
- Assist the Finance Manager with the preparation of statutory year end accounts
- Year round liaison with auditors, accountants and tax advisers to ensure the timely finalisation of accounts and filings as appropriate
- Support Finance Manager in the annual, quarterly and monthly budgeting and forecasting process
- Driving efficiency and quality improvements in the accounting group
- Ad hoc financial projects when required

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
- Diploma in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- General "can-do" service attitude.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Well-presented and polite.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task whilst maintaining strong attention to details
- Have good understanding in Indonesia taxation for monthly compliance
