**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**
- Bertanggung jawab untuk mereview dan memonitor proses konstruksi bangunan berdasarkan jadwal dan gambar, khususnya MEP project.
- Membuat rencana teknis dan material MEP (meliputi instalasi penerangan, sanitasi, tata udara, pemadam kebakaran, dan instalasi elektronik) dengan mengacu kepada rencana proyek yang telah disetujui.
- Mengajukan rencana teknis dan material MEP.
- Melakukan review dan revisi terhadap rencana teknis dan material MEP.
- Memberikan rekomendasi terkait hitungan teknis dan material MEP yang lebih efektif dan efisien.

**Persyaratan**:

- Usia maks. 45 tahun.
- Min. S1 Teknik Elektro/Mekanik atau setara
- Berpengalaman min. 5 tahun dalam proyek MEP (kontraktor/konsultan), lebih diutamakan yang melakukan suatu proyek dari awal hingga akhir.
- Memiliki kemampuan memimpin dan koordinasi yang kuat.
- Mampu membaca gambar.
- Menguasai Ms. Office dan AutoCAD.
- Mampu bekerja dengan batasan waktu yang ketat.
- Dapat bergabung segera.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: From Rp6,000,000 per month
