**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training sessions on instruments, reagents, consumables, and other related products
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance services
- Assist in promotional activities such as workshops, product demonstrations, etc.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding unresolved issues
- Follow up with customers after a complaint has been made
- Respond to customer complaints through contact with internal departments and follow-up

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
- with 4 Year Experience and more in a Diagnostic platform
- Previous experience working in the Medical Device industry would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and decision making abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite)
