_**LIFEGUARD REQUIREMENTS**_

**Role Description**:
This is a Daily Worker role for a Lifeguard at The American Club Jakarta. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests at our venue. You will monitor swimming areas, enforce safety regulations, respond to emergencies, and provide assistance and support to guests when needed. This is an on-site role where you will work closely with the team to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

**Qualifications**:

- Male
- Maximal age 30 years
- Preferably have related certification (Lifeguard Training)
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety
- Ability to quickly assess and respond to emergencies
- Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and ability to enforce safety regulations
- Physical fitness and stamina
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Previous lifeguard experience is preferred
