Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- To ensure positive development of adidas brand image through brand concepts in key categories, to assist in supporting sustainable and profitable market share growth in the country by providing effective and efficient communication of key messages across all appropriate communication channels along with Brand Communication Team.- This role will focus in growing the brand heat and delivering global brand top excellence practice in the country.- Execute the SEA Influencer and Athlete Strategy, considering the accuracy and relevance to the local market. Support in Key City Attack Plans and Traffic Driving activities.- Key Responsibilities:
- Functional:
- Execute all the communication plans for country, including but not limited to PR execution, ATL, BTL, social media, digital and Sports marketing when needed.
- Collate and input country campaign plans and needs into SEA plans.
- Ensure Global / Regional marketing guidelines are upheld during execution of concepts to local market.
- Strategize and Implement Brand Marketing Events
- Reporting of country communication trends, including competitor analysis
- Support Sales development by execution of appropriate brand communications support
- Maintain close contact with sports agencies or clubs, as well athletes and influencers.
- Implement brand comms strategies and integrated marketing plans to support brand and campaign objectives.
- Be the brand guardian to ensure all work produced is faithful to adidas’ brand guidelines.
- Drive & execute the 360˚ communication & Influencer / Sports Marketing plans & campaigns, include contribute ideas and insight.
- Management of Promo Order/Sell in order at country level.
- Support the control of existing asset agreements (product and servicing) & ensure timely and sufficient equipment support to Sports Marketing partners and own CAF system.
- Key Person in Store Opening and Special Projects for localisation and commercial projects.
- Manage the social agency to generate innovative Ideas for social media, including review captions to ensure alignment with campaign objective and secure approvals from regional authorities.
- Supervise the activation agency in orchestrating adidas Runners community activations, includes generate report, monthly activity reports presentation and main contact to regional team.
- Main contact for internal adidas Indonesia for commercial creative request.
- Reporting
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities.
- Analyze reports to form insights to optimize and streamline strategies, activities, processes etc.
- Keep a pulse on developing industry / market / media & digital trends to ensure that the brand stays ahead of trends.
- Tracking and Managing the Brand Amabassador’s product value yearly budget.
- Creating a product catalog for Brand Ambassadors.
- Checking and assessing marketing promotion stock to ensure a healthy product inventory.
- Managing order, tracking file and delivery product to all marketing activation/campaign.
- Monthly forecast product orders.
- Manage vendor Invoices.

- Creative thinker with a strategic and logical approach in execution
- English: Fluent written/ spoken
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing/Advertising or related course
- Business background will be an advantage
- Min 5 years’ experience with a mix of brand, consumer and trade marketing
- Ideally experience and exposure in Sports
- Media planning, digital marketing and budget tracking experience a plus
- Local market knowledge
