Qualification:

- Qualified Accountant (preferably Chartered Accountant) - any other related qualifications would be an added advantage
- Extensive experience in finance and accounting ideally in a manufacturing industry
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a managerial position (for Finance / Accounting / Tax)
- Willing to relocate and work in Gresik (East Java, Indonesia)

- Meticulous and good business acumen

- Maintain good internal control systems for implementation of policies and procedures

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and monitor the entire function of the accounting team and allocate responsibilities to determine clear accountability.
- Liaise and negotiate with bankers for better bank facilities & working capital management.
- Review and finalize monthly management reports for the Group to ensure the accurate status of the financial position & compile variance analysis reports.
- Monitor currency fluctuations and accordingly Forex hedge for the maximization of returns for overseas transactions.
- Evaluate CAPEX expenditure pre-approval and post completion to monitor the financial justification for all significant purchases to ensure they are in line with business needs.
- Coordinate with Tax consultants for all regulatory compliance and effective tax planning. Direct and indirect Tax compliance.
