Job Description

We are looking for a talented Financial Management Head to join our team in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial management and control functions, playing a crucial part in driving the organisation's continued success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the corporate finance team in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions and the maintenance of robust internal control systems.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives.
  • Monitor the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage the company's cash flow and treasury functions.
  • Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry and handling multiple companies.
  • Proven track record of leading a finance team and driving financial control and reporting processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
