**The role**
As a** Junior Key Account Manager**, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia. As the brand’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours. You negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of e-commerce fundamentals, digital marketing, campaign development and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your brand(s) successful. You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.
**Your responsibilities include**:
**Setup and QC**:
- Plan and execute promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Set up promotions in the system, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure promotions are correctly displayed and functioning as intended.
- Coordinate the setup of visual merchandising displays, ensuring alignment with brand and account standards.
- Assist in managing the workflow of the team to ensure all submissions and tasks are done in a timely manner
**GD Briefs and Coordination**:
- Prepare and distribute GD (Graphic Design) briefs to the creative team, ensuring clarity and alignment with account requirements.
- Coordinate with designers to ensure timely delivery of visual assets that meet client expectations.
- Review and provide feedback on design drafts to ensure quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
**Listing Creation and QC**:
- Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Regularly review and update listings to reflect changes in product offerings.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure listings meet company standards and are optimized for search visibility.
**Ops Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
- Monitor and track key account activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency.
**CX Coordination**:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key account customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with the customer experience team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction.
**Grow Account NMV and Revenue**:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the Net Merchandise Value (NMV) and overall revenue of key accounts.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
**Build Strong Relationships**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with brand and platform counterparts.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and cooperative working environment to drive mutual success.
**Who we look for - the ideal profile**:
- Min 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
- Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
